Tree Surgery

At Precision Tree Care we offer a full range of tree surgery services. Having being established for over 20 years, we have the experience, equipment, qualifications and insurance necessary to undertake anything from dismantling large trees in tight spaces to formative pruning of fruit trees. We can woodchip and remove all waste, process timber into usable firewood and always leave our worksites clean and tidy.

Because every tree, site and customer are unique, we usually find it best to visit in person and discuss your specific requirements. We can also arrange any permissions needed due to tree preservation orders (TPO) or conservation area restrictions. There’s no charge for this so please feel free to call to arrange a visit.

Forestry

Forestry work often requires a different approach to domestic tree surgery therefore experience and specialist equipment are essential. With many years working in the Welbeck estate’s forestry department, we have the experience required to undertake all types of forestry work. This can include felling sections of woodland to recover invested funds, woodland thinning to improve timber quality or immenity value, woodland maintainance to minimise on-going costs or a range of other site specific needs.

We only use highly skilled enthusiastic operators and specialised tracked equipment for processing waste, extracting timber and leaving as small a footprint on the woodland floor as possible. At times we have been able to arrange goverment grants to assist in the costs involved with woodland management, as well as felling licenses/permissions required for larger projects. Site Clearance

To prepare for construction or redevelopment, areas may require clearance of trees and vegetation. Included in the free quotation, we will assess the site and provide a plan for the project including all relevant checks and applications of any tree preservation orders (T.P.O) / conservation area restrictions.

We are able to clear sites of all vegetation if necessary including grinding stumps, woodchipping waste, processing timber, reinstating hedgerows and mulching scrubland.

For larger projects, we utilise a range of specialist plant machinery to clear and leave the site ready for you to work. We will happily work along with your needs and requirements. All our team are NPTC qualified and aim to provide a high standard of service.

Risk and method statements are provided specifically for the site. We are fully insured and are happy to provide any extra information that your company may require.
